Ostra is the new restaurant by Chef Adam Burress, recently featured on Food Network’s “Chopped” and the man behind Game, Hammerheads, and Migo. Ostra follows Burress’ classically trained style tied to his quest to innovate in the kitchen.
Ostra features a superb tapas style seafood program with oysters, poke, and ceviche coupled with heartier South American-inspired dishes. The restaurant will serve raw and smoked oysters along with a ceviche of the day, and “bocata” or sliders like the Nashville hot style soft-shell crab. Food is responsibly sourced from small producers and local farms.
Ostra’s dining room is filled with irregularly shaped live edge marble and granite tabletops. The restaurant’s Jungle Room Lounge is ideal for cocktails after work. During warmer months, the patio space is ideal for vibing and enbibing.
